My worldview is shaped by a social justice lens, and I’m deeply curious about how systems of oppression and privilege influence the unique stories and lived experiences of those I work with.

In my own life, I prioritize creating safety and comfort through simple, intentional practices: nourishing meals, thoughtful aesthetics, hot baths, deep breathing, curated playlists, journaling, and—above all—an abundance of self-compassion. These rituals aren’t just acts of care; they’re anchors that keep me rooted and open.

This blend of spirituality, embodied practice, and social awareness is central to who I am, and it naturally informs how I show up as a therapist.

  • Therapy focuses on healing past emotional wounds, addressing mental health concerns, and resolving deep-seated issues. In therapy, we’ll work to explore and understand your emotions, behaviors, and thought patterns. Therapy delves deeper into the root causes of emotional or psychological struggles.

    Coaching is generally future-focused, helping you to set and achieve personal or professional goals. Coaching guides you in identifying obstacles, enhancing performance, and making positive changes. Coaching is typically more action-oriented, with a structured plan to help clients achieve specific outcomes or reach their potential.
